If services have already been provided, the data will only be used to document and verify the proper execution of previous services (e.g., documentation of midwifery services, billing). Revoking consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that occurred before the revocation.
Your data will be permanently deleted after the legally required retention periods for documentation and billing purposes have expired (30 years for home births, 10 years in all other cases). We do not share your data without your consent, except where required by law, such as for billing purposes.
